Using Adoment

When you sign up, you can build workflows, connect your tools and run automations on the plan you pick. You're responsible for the workflows you create and for keeping your account secure.

You agree not to use Adoment for anything illegal, to send spam, or to abuse the providers you connect through us.

Your account

You need to give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them current. You're responsible for everyone you invite into your workspace and for what they do there.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on your chosen cadence — monthly, quarterly (every 3 months at 10% discount), or annual (upfront for 12 months at 20% discount). All displayed prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. B2B customers can provide their GSTIN at checkout to claim input tax credit.

A run is one workflow execution from trigger to final step. A COD order is one cash-on-delivery order ingested from your store. Your plan sets your monthly quota for each.

On the free Workflow tier, workflows pause at 150 runs. On all paid tiers for both Workflow Automation and RTO Shield, your service continues running beyond your plan quota — extra usage is tracked through the month and billed at your plan's overage rate on your next invoice. You'll receive email alerts at 80%, 100%, and 120% of your monthly limit.

Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; you keep your current plan's features until then. Upgrading your billing cadence (e.g., monthly to annual) is allowed at any time with a prorated credit applied. Annual plans are not refundable for the unused portion of the term.

Taxes

All prices on our website exclude 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST is charged to Indian customers at checkout per applicable law. Invoices include Adoment's GSTIN, the taxable amount, GST amount, and total. B2B customers may provide their GSTIN to claim input tax credit.

Third-party providers

Adoment connects to tools like Razorpay, WhatsApp, Shopify and Zoho. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for outages or changes on their side. When a provider goes down, your workflows retry, but we can't promise a third party will always be available.

Availability

We work hard to keep Adoment running and we retry failed steps with backoff, but we provide the service on an "as is" basis. Specific uptime commitments only apply if they're written into an Enterprise agreement.

Ending your account

You can cancel any time from your account settings. On cancellation, your data (run logs, COD order history, risk scores, workflow configs) remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export it. After 30 days your data is permanently deleted. We'll send you an export reminder at cancellation and again at day 25.

We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, but we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it where we reasonably can.
