Each message we send on your behalf — a COD confirmation, an NDR recovery follow-up, or a prepaid nudge. Retries and follow-up attempts are separate messages and each counts once, because each one is really sent. Customer replies are free.

Then message costs never appear on your Adoment invoice — Meta bills you directly for them, and the bundle above doesn't apply. We still show your message volume in the dashboard so you can reconcile it against Meta's billing.

No. RTO Shield is fully managed — connect your store and courier and it runs. WhatsApp is included: we send on our own number, so there's no WhatsApp Business account to set up.
